Draft a synoptic presentation text on your project and send it to GAL Cévennes.
The description must enhance the following points:
- Objectives of the project and its added value
- Partners
- Direct and indirect beneficiaries of the project
- Innovating aspect
- Expected effects (socio-economical impact, reduction of ecological print…)
- Nature of expected expenses and if possible a financial estimate of these expenses
If the project fits in one the action fiche of the GAL…
Fill in an application form for help supported by the technical team of the GAL, this form will be used to claim co-financings
Provide necessary documents for the study of the file in view of it being viewed by the technical committee followed up by the programming committee. This last one will first give an opportunity vote then will give a note within a selection grid.
Present the project before the programming committee for a definite vote, once the co-financing obtained.
Sign the convention (legal commitment) proposed by the GAL and the managing authority
Inform the GAL of any changes
Fill in, helped by the GAL, a payment request for the transfer of the LEADER help
Attention each stage can be stretched over a few months
